How should I clean the stainless steel ear tools after use?

What payment methods are supported on your site?
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. If you select bank transfer, your order reference and our Freiburg bank details will be provided at checkout. For cash on delivery, you pay the courier directly when your parcel is handed over.

We accept returns within exactly 30 days from delivery. Due to personal hygiene and sanitary standards, returned items must be entirely unused, unwashed, and sealed in their original retail packaging with all protective liners intact.

Orders placed before 11:00 on business days are processed and inspected on the same day in our Freiburg warehouse. Once prepared, parcels are handed to our transport partner with tracking details.
