The goods

Naturbelloria offers consumer personal care goods, specifically ear hygiene rinse bottles, earwax cleaning tools, replacement hygiene tips, acoustic amplification devices, and related sound-listening wellness accessories intended for personal daily comfort. Dedicated catalogue entries state complete piece counts, components, and material specifications. Display imagery is demonstrative; packaging presentations may exhibit minor visual variations.

Ordering and contract

A binding submission occurs upon checkout completion. We issue an order acknowledgement by email; purchase agreement conclusion coincides with warehouse dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock depletion or unverified data, returning all collected payments immediately.

Prices and payment

Unit rates are stated in USD and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to settlement. Approved transaction methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an evident clerical error in pricing occurs, we retain the right to correct the figure prior to dispatch, offering you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Delivery

Available transport routes, estimated transit times, and freight costs appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk of loss or damage shifts to the recipient upon physical possession.

Product images and colours

Product photographs reflect authentic inventory. Displayed tones vary based on monitor profiles, browser rendering, and ambient light; marginal tonal variance is not classified as a product defect and provides no basis for complimentary return or indemnity. Physical measurements, material compositions, and kit items are listed on individual product specifications.

Transfer of risk

Merchandise remains under our custodial responsibility until delivery confirmation by the courier to the designated recipient at the specified location. Custodial liability shifts to the customer upon handover. Obvious exterior transit damage must be documented with the driver and communicated to our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Purchased equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt pursuant to terms specified on the Returns documentation. A standard 24-month statutory warranty covers technical defects in materials and electronic assembly for sound amplifiers and electric cleaning devices. This warranty excludes normal physical wear of replaceable tips, water damage, wax blockages caused by improper cleaning, and accidental drops.

• Custom-fitted silicone earmolds or customized hearing accessory pieces
• Perishable cleansing liquids or solutions with short shelf lives once unsealed
• Ear canal cleaning tools, ear drops, or silicone ear tips whose hygiene seals have been opened after delivery
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids or materials post-delivery
• Digital acoustic calibration software, firmware keys, or downloadable user guides unsealed or accessed by the consumer

Liability

The total cumulative liability of Naturbelloria GmbH for any claims arising from the purchase or use of items is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific order, or a maximum sum of $100. No clause in these terms restricts statutory liability where restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

Age and use

Customers must be at minimum 18 years of age to order. Equipment must be operated strictly according to enclosed product instructions; these tools do not constitute medical consultation or formal otological diagnosis.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by general principles of international commercial trade law and consumer protection standards applicable to cross-border online sales. Should a dispute remain unresolved through direct communication, jurisdiction belongs to the court having competence over the registered office of the seller, without restricting statutory consumer entitlements in your country of residence.
