Conditions

Items must be returned within exactly 30 days from the documented delivery date. Sound amplification units must remain in factory condition without scratches or wax contamination, and all hygiene seals on cleaning tools, liquids, and replacement tips must be completely unbroken.

Due to sanitary safeguards and personal biosecurity rules, ear drops, ear canal irrigation tips, wax removal loops, and in-ear silicone buds cannot be returned or refunded once their factory protective seal has been broken or altered.

Orders paid by cash on delivery are remitted via bank transfer to your submitted bank details; wire payments revert directly to the source account. Receiving banks typically clear such credits within 1-5 business days.
